At Sunder Naari, we strive to provide premium-quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product or size was delivered

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must not show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Customized or altered products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through the Contact Us page on the Sunder Naari website with your order details and supporting images.

Shipping Charges for Returns

• If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by Sunder Naari.
• For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
